Abstract

This work was done in the nursery area of the University of Pinar del Rio province to the rectory near the court. The results obtained from the characterization of plant species Samanea saman (Jacq) Merrill occur, while in. The nursery plants were grown using tubetes. Option I: In the case of tubetes the following variants Compost organic substrates were used 50 % more vermicompost 25 % plus 25 % sheep manure (CO50-HL50-Eo25). Variant II: Vermicompost at 25 % cow dung at 25 % to 50 % organic compost (HL25-EV25-CO50) Option III: Vermicompost at 50 % plus 25 % cow dung more sheep manure 25 % all a total of 100 % (HL50-EV50-Eo25). The measured morphological type attributes such as height, diameter at the root collar, dry biomass, root system attributes and morphological indices: Thinness, PSA / PSR, water balance of the plant and Dickson quality index. The results indicated that the best values for the different attributes measured were obtained in the nursery for plants grown in substrate variant II (HL25-EV25-CO50).
