Methodology for recognition of forest environmental services Scenic Beauty and inclusion in Criteria and Indicators for Sustainable Forest Management (C & I MFS)

Abstract
A methodology is presented based on consultation to experts for the reference method with the objective that the environmental service of scenic beauty is recognized in forest landscapes and its possible inclusion in the approaches and indicators of sustainable forest handling, where this service is not analyzed as independent indicator inside the approach III: Contribution of the forest ecosystems to the Environmental Services.
The survey is shown that will be carried out to the selected experts, where they appear elements or attributes of the forest landscape that should be evaluated with the objective of valuing the service environmental scenic beauty economically as an indicator more for the sustainable forest handling, besides the entities that benefit of this service lent by the forests, as well as the degree of benefit.
Everything will allow it that this service is recognized, as well as to sit down the bases for its inclusion in the approaches and indicators of sustainable forest handling and of its payment to FONADEF(National Fond Forest Development), because in the methodology the studies are recaptured for such ends carried out by Dominguez (2008) who determined the rate to get paid for this service to the different entities that benefit with the same one, through an appropriate novel methodology to the conditions of the forest sector.
